Alinea
Alinea is a three-Michelin-starred restaurant with avant-garde dishes that showcase the molecular gastronomy skills of Chefs Grant Achatz, Mike Bagale, and Simon Davies. The restaurant was renovated in early 2016 and reopened doors with three different tasting menus, which cost between $175 and $385. The most expensive menu, AlineaKT, costs $385 per person and is hosted in a private room that seats six guests only.
