All About Home Care, Inc. is a private not-for-profit organization that provides home health services to the residents of Lee County, Florida. This agency was founded in 2007 in an effort by the Board of Directors and Management of Page Rehabilitation and Health Care Center to provide a continuum of care to short-term patients that required additional assistance when discharged from the facility. In addition to serving these short-term patients, All About Home Care, Inc. has developed relationships with local physicians to provide care to their patients when they are unable to care for themselves at home or when they need medical services that can be provided by one of our nurses. The nurses and certified nursing assistants employed by All About Home Care, Inc. receive regular training to ensure they provide the best possible care and customer service to the patients we serve. Through this training, they are able to develop and implement personalized care plans for our patients to ensure they meet their goals. Our staff will communicate regularly with you and your physician so that realistic goals can be set and you can achieve your highest level of function. In addition to our nursing services, we also provide rehabilitation services to assist you with physical, occupational and speech therapy needs. Whether you or your loved one are recovering from a stroke, surgery or a recent illness, our licensed therapy staff will work with your physician or surgeon to ensure you meet your recovery goals. All About Home Care, Inc. has been accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program and is Medicare Certified. We accept private pay patients and do have insurance assistance available. All of our staff is insured and background screened so you can feel safe and secure entrusting them with the care of you or your loved one in the home.
