Allegro Funds

Allegro manages two funds on behalf of our investors and a number of historic deal by deal co-investments. Allegro is currently in the investing phase of Allegro Fund II. Preferring to invest in situations where our capital and skills affect a fundamental shift in business direction, Allegro works in genuine partnership with management and other stakeholders to build value and realise growth potential. With many of our investment team having held multiple senior executive roles, including as interim CEO, this co-operative, outcomes-focused approach comes naturally to us. Based in Sydney, Australia, Allegro remains independently owned by its founding Directors.
