Alliance Winding Equipment, Inc. provides engineering solutions for the assembly of electric motors and generators. It manufactures individual machines, multi-process machines, automation systems for sub-fractional motors, stator welders, skew and welders, cleaters, slot insulators, coil injectors, drift and inject machines, wind systems, preform presses, final form presses, end turn lacers, resin impregnation systems, and lead fusing/termination machines, as well as shed, form, rotor, precision pole tip, and armature winders. The company was founded in 1986 and is based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. It has manufacturing facilities in Newark, the United Kingdom; and Suzhou, China, as well as joint-venture partnerships in Pskov, Russia; and India.
