APEC provides regulatory compliance services to clients and facilities that have received a notice of violation or other regulatory compliance issues from local and federal governmental agencies. APEC acts as an intermediary between the facility and the regulatory agency, and provides information and services to help the facility respond to and resolve the compliance issue in a timely manner and with as little impact to the business or facility as possible. APEC understands the regulatory requirements of the region, and has established positive working relationships with environmental regulatory agencies such as the US Environmental Protection Agency.
