We provide Residential and Day Services for adults with Developmental Disabilities. Needless to say each dollar we bring in needs to be stretched to the limit to provide the kinds of opportunities our participants deserve. The tryHRIS HR platform has been a wonderful addition. The website has allowed us to find the information we need quickly when an unusual situation develops and we need guidance. We utilized the Staff Handbook function and were able to tackle issues such as Social Media that had not previously been included in a way that respected our staffs privacy but helped maintain professional standards.
