All Purpose Staffing was founded by Dan Ballinger, who brings more than 30 years of temporary personnel industry experience, and 21 years of military service. Along with his staff, he became determined to supply quality temporary services to the industrial business community and other types of businesses. We have never been impressed by the services provided to clients by many of the so-called "giants" of the temporary help field, which has influenced us to establish our value-driven service. Our Jacksonville, Florida-based staffing agency has built a satisfied client base and a portfolio of well-qualified workers from general laborers to skilled personnel of all fields. Not only do our workers have the tools required, but the experience needed to use them. We verify the background and work history of our applicants, from industrial skilled personnel to administrative personnel.
