Allstar Recovery was founded in 1992 and has grown to become one of the most reputable recovery companies in the industry. We learned early on that personal attention to each assignment was necessary to meet our service goals and our client's expectations. As a result our small, one truck operation was being asked to service more and more area which ultimately resulted into a coverage area with 20+ storage facilities throughout 5 Southeastern states. As an Industry leader in repossession services, we place an emphasis on streamlined technology which leads to client satisfaction, higher recovery rates, and a very positive experience for all clients. Allstar's professional management staff is hands on with clients, in-house account managers, and field adjusters to ensure we maintain compliance and performance. All of our staff understands the current repossession & collection statutes and laws that govern our current footprint. Our adjusters are required to achieve certification through RSIG or CARS- which Allstar utilizes for our Continued Education program. Allstar Recovery, its owners and employees, adheres to a strong code of ethics that respects the privacy and confidentiality of all of our clients and their customers. Our home office in historic Natchez, MS houses our operational departments, including our Customer Service team that works to see that each and every account gets detailed personalized attention from a CSR and field adjuster. All of our field adjusters are certified in their respective states and utilize RDN in the field to complete the e-commerce process which allows a streamlined communication effort for the most efficient service possible. Allstar Recovery has storage facilities strategically placed throughout our five state coverage area to ensure every account is handled in a timely manner and our adjusters spend more time servicing accounts than transporting vehicles. Each truck is equipped with self-loading wrecker beds manufactured by Vulcan and Century for a safer, damage-free recovery of the collateral.
