In 2008, Stanislav Nazarej established ALMARK construction company with the goal to fundamentally change the thinking of people in the construction industry, in respect of improved approach and work quality offered to clients. It is important to realize that this is not just idle talk but it is about the mission to erect every building so that it were part of the message to the future company. Five years later, in 2013, when this idea started to meet with success, the scope of business was broadened by a welding and locksmith division. This growth was accompanied by a growing number of people interested in work in such a company. Therefore a new partner, Dušan Richvalský, entered the company. He embarked on the improvement of human resources and their education. The company benefitted significantly from it. Employees ceased to be viewed as employees and became colleagues. The concept of joy of work was accepted and the running of the company became smoother. New standards were accepted and orders were replaced by own responsibility. A new, better approach of every individual could not but lead to an expansion abroad, to such countries as Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This step was important for the company because Almark implemented projects amounting to more than 10 million Euros and completed contracts for more than 150 clients during that period of time. But that is still not the end, just the opposite. After all, who would end after such a success? Our company's motto is: We make the world better, starting with ourselves. Let's say what this motto can mean considering the nature of the company. Ask yourself a question: "How can a private construction company make the world a better place today?" It is an easy, efficient, and very hopeful solution of several problems at one time - employment and education! Today, when hardly any employer - when they have to call themselves so - would accept a worker without experience. We solve this problem by cooperation with vocational secondary schools. We are building a training centre for craftsmen and plan to run workshops where the work can be tried not just like a training to get a mark, but as a reality in which they will be interested in self-enrichment, because work itself will be their motivation! In short, we will help young people to get qualified quickly, to gain experience, and be integrated from the theoretical life into the practical one in the most rapid and efficient way. Our company does not think in the short term but has a long-term infinite goal of improving the total standard of living for all and to all.
