Our Family Practice and patient-directed health center in Grand Prairie, TX aims to deliver comprehensive and high-quality primary health services at an affordable price each time you visit us. It is the mission of our Primary Care providers (Physician and Nurse Practitioners) to provide services to you and your entire family. We make it easy, and affordable so you can receive the health care you deserve. We offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule available for those who qualify.
