Alpha 3 Manufacturing was created to meet a growing demand for UK-based electro-mechanical sub-assembly, which is not easily met by offshore facilities. It is committed to delivering world-class products and services with a lean manufacturing philosophy as the vehicle for continuous improvement in quality, cost, delivery and service. The company employs over 240 staff across its three facilities; North Lincolnshire, Cheshire and Gloucestershire. Each site benefits from having integrated business systems and central management support enabling them to operate more cost effectively, with more flexibility and to provide a wider scope of services.
