Not only does this mean that our properties will appreciate over time, but the local governments are accepting and supportive of the short term rentals in their city. The typical time needed to make a short term rental "rent ready" is far shorter than a long term rental. Our properties typically generate revenue within the first few weeks of ownership. We scour our target markets to find deals that meet our rigorous standards (we say NO much more often than we say YES). The Alpha Geek team will manage the day to day operations, but we always include our partners in the long-term and strategic decisions about the property. We all invest because we want CASH FLOW!
