Alui is an independent third-party software support provider focused on Hyperion products, working with companies in North America, the UK and Europe. Our service is offered as an alternative to the annual technical support typically provided by the vendor, with savings of 50% on the annual support fees, for example for companies using Hyperion Enterprise. This service includes technical support and application support, and Alui's customers make substantial on-going savings, whilst also receiving high levels of personal, expert service from an assigned Hyperion specialist, backed up by a dedicated support team. We can also offer application support for the newer Hyperion products, for example Hyperion Financial Management. Alui's latest offering is a cost-effective "cloud-based" iXBRL service that allows you to easily carry out intelligent iXBRL tagging on your existing Word/Excel based accounts documents.
