Alvord ISD

Alvord ISD is committed to provide a program of instruction for all students who are not proficient in English. The English as a Second Language (ESL) Program has been developed to give such students help in speaking, reading, and writing English. The purpose of the ESL Program at Alvord ISD is to help students develop competence in English and to prepare students to be successful in all academic subjects.
