The Australian Medical Association (WA) through AMA Recruit provides much needed doctors for all states of Australia, particularly in areas of workforce shortage. As the professional association for Medical Practitioners we understand the needs of the community and our members. We strive to meet those needs through the provision of a comprehensive range of recruitment and placement services for doctors and employers alike. Our services are available to Australian trained medical practitioners as well as International Medical Graduates (IMG). The Australian Medical Association (WA) is often the first port of call for practices seeking to employ medical practitioners and as such we have a wide range of vacancies available. AMA Recruit can provide you with a choice of positions to suit your particular needs. The Australian Medical Association (WA) is also working in partnership with the Western Australian Department of Health to increase the number of doctors working in the southern inland region of Western Australia. This program is targeted at specific locations and is supported by funding through the WA government. Excellent salary packages are available for appropriately trained medical practitioners.
