AMAG Austria Metall AG is a supplier of primary aluminium and premium cast and rolled aluminium products. At our integrated site in Ranshofen, Austria we fully leverage our core competencies in recycling, casting, rolling, heat-treatment, and surface finishing. With a 75-80 % share of scrap in the raw material mix we set the industry benchmark regarding recycling. Thanks to our investment in the hydro-electric powered Canadian smelter Alouette, we are also at the forefront when it comes to the sustainable production of primary aluminium. Our product portfolio comprises high-quality aluminium flat rolled products in the form of coils, sheets and plates as well as recycling foundry alloys in the form of ingots, sows and liquid aluminium.
