Aman Group is highly committed to meet Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS) initiatives. In 2012, the Group has established Aman Foundation to flourish its commitment of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for development of society, community welfare and social responsibility. The CSR efforts of Aman Foundation are mainly focused in education, health, community and skill development for woman workers. Many activities have been undertaken by the foundation in various manners such as providing donations for conducting social and cultural activities, arranging health check-up for workers, providing cloths during winter season for workers & needful people near to the factory premises. As a part of its social responsibility, the group has pioneered in providing employment opportunity to women workers. The foundation is also providing basic education to the factory female workers to develop their skill and empowerment.
