Ambango Fresh Greens is a Kenyan company incorporated within the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. The company started operations in Kenya in 2016 as a grower and supplier of local vegetables to local retail, wholesale, and supermarkets. In an effort to expand our business, the company later engaged in growing Fresh Horticultural Produce meant for export markets as a supplier to Kenyan fresh produce exporting companies. Building on experience gained from production of Fresh fruits and vegetables for supply to exporting companies, Ambango Fresh Greens started fresh produce export operations in June 2016. The company is blessed with professionals having work experience of over 15 years within the Horticulture industry. The company has offices located off Airport North road, approximately 5 Km from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). Currently the company packs her produce utilizes its own pack house located at the Amee premises godown number 23. Major markets for Ambango Fresh Greens produce are Middle East, Holland, Canada, United Kingdom and France. To this end Ambango Fresh Produce grows and exports French beans (Green beans), Sugar snaps, snow peas, Garden peas, Mangoes, Avocadoes and purple passion fruits. In its production set up, the company has adopted a hybrid pattern which utilizes both the out-grower farmers, own production and certified suppliers for an assortment of fresh produce. The out-growers are distributed across some counties mainly Taita-Taveta, Makueni, Machakos, Kajiado, Kirinyaga, Meru, Embu, Meru Nyeri, Murang'a, Nakuru, Uasin Gishu, Bomet and Nyandarua. Own farms are located in Makueni, Machakos and Kirinyaga county with a cumulative acreage of 200 acres under own production. We offer exceptional services to our farmers mainly by ensuring that field agronomist are there always to guide them in their production activities, timely produce collection, offering competitive prices as well as making sure that their payments are made on time. We believe in team work and the company therefore makes sure that all staff stay motivated to do their work with enthusiasm and commitment.
