Amber Technology

Amber was founded in 1987 following a management buyout from the Rank Organisation. The company was publicly listed in 2004 (ASX:AMO). Today, Amber Technology supplies AV technology to commercial and residential AV integrators, specialist and mass-market retailers, professional audio dealers, staging and production companies, broadcasters, content creators, military and law enforcement organisations in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to the acquisition, the company had 94 employees. It reported sales of $57.2m in the financial year ended 30 June 2019.
