American Custodial, Inc. was founded in 1979. Over the past 29 years we have gained knowledge and experience in all areas of janitorial service, to include full-service general cleaning, carpet shampooing, floor maintenance, construction clean-ups, window washing, and to offer technical assistance to facility maintenance and grounds keeping services. We are a bonded company, registered with Washington State as a small minority-owned business. We serve the people and businesses in Thurston, Pierce, and King counties of Washington State. We have the ability and financing to professionally train our people to perform at a higher level.
