Since May 2010, we have devoted ourselves to bringing innovative, out-of-the-box catering concepts for every type of budget and every type of event. e specialize in catering, for private parties, corporate events and weddings all over the Hudson Valley. We provide full catering and full beverage services, as well as event staffing, entertainment, and just about any other event related services one might need to make an event complete. Our streamlined service will ensure that there is plenty of time for your guests to enjoy the party, and our experience will guarantee that the weeks leading up to the event are a breeze for you and your family. Whether it is here at our restaurant, or off-site, a private home, a museum, a tent in the middle of a field with no facilities, an antique barn, or an office building, our extensive experience enables us to transform any venue into a memorable party space. If you choose to use our restaurant as your venue, you will find yourself in a masterfully renovated old red brick firehouse, the second oldest volunteer fire department in New York State; organized in 1794. The firehouse has been meticulously restored to highlight the original brick walls, wood floors and historic grand wooden staircase. The ole house is warm and inviting, filled with the aroma of wood smoked barbecue, hometown comfort foods, enjoyable music, good times and roaring laughter. The first floor has a beautiful dark wood and mirrored bar with ice chilled beer taps and a casual, pub-style dining room with expansive doors that open to our sidewalk dining area. he second floor contains a spacious dining room with seating for up to 126. Additionally, there is a private dining room with a working fireplace and large screen TV that seats 26 people - an ideal setting for business meetings, intimate gatherings and quaint family dinners.
