American Leakless

American Leakless Company was formed in 2009 as an independent company by Nippon Leakless (NLK) Corporation (Tokyo, Japan), as a result of the dissolution of McCord Leakless Sealing Company (MLS), a joint venture between NLK and Federal-Mogul (FM) Corporation (Southfield, MI). 2012 will mark the 20th anniversary of Leakless gaskets in the United States, as the MLS joint venture was originally formed between NLK and McCord-Payen in 1992.
