Americaribe's projects also include the renovation of the Flamingo residences in South Beach (Miami) FL; the construction of Ocean Cay, MSC's private island, in the Bahamas; and the company has recently been awarded projects in California, the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Sint Marteen, Grand Cayman, and Trinidad & Tobago.
