AMIYAKI TEI CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the operation of restaurant chains. The Company operates yakiniku (Japanese barbecued meat) dining restaurants and yakitori (Japanese skewered grilled chicken) restaurants under the names Amiyaki Tei and Ganso Yakitoriya Minoji. Its Amiyaki Tei yakiniku restaurants use smokeless roasters to prepare the foods and offer over 220 items on their menu, as well as Ganso Yakitoriya Minoji yakitori restaurants serve chicken sashimi and kamameshi (rice, meat and vegetable dish served in a small pot), among others and are targeted at family and female customers. The restaurants are mainly located in the central Japan, including Aichi, Gifu, Mie and Shizuoka Prefectures, as well as south Kanto areas, including Tokyo and Shinagawa Prefecture.
