Amjaad is a dynamic organization determined to train and qualify local talent and provide them with opportunities to develop and enrich their knowledge and skills with our professional training program. Our top management is completely Omani and our strong stance on Omanization is only part of our commitment to positively give back to the local communities. Amjaad is proud to be an active supporter of manufacturers of local building materials. We are keen to use local resources whenever we can and are currently using and promoting Omani cement, steel, aluminum, glazing products, ceramics, wooden doors and more. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility we are collaborating with Sultan Qaboos University and a number of the technical colleges to offer cooperative training opportunities for engineering students. We have also hosted a number of round table discussions and workshops with SQU academic professors in an attempt to increase methodologies for developing student skills and increasing awareness about the local developments in the built environment.
