Amo Vietnam commits to supply the Customer/Agency with all the services mentioned in the sale contract. During the length of the tour, the Customer/Agency has to respect the regulations announced by the guide and by the service provider. Amo Vietnam acts as intermediary between the Customer/Agency and the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. Amo Vietnam is, therefore, not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the traveler, including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the traveler.
