Our smaller size enables personnel in our Returns Room to conduct tests on each phone to determine why it doesn't work, then fix and repackage it. Going this extra mile could save you money in product replacement costs. Want to personalize products for a given recipient? We can do this, as well as just about any other customization request. Because we are so specialized and accommodating, we can build and package products any way you wish (i.e. to specific geographic areas, colors, personalize, etc.).
