AmRest Holdings SE, headquartered in Madrid, Spain, is an independent company operating restaurant chains in Central and Eastern Europe. It has developed a portfolio of brands including KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King and Starbucks based on franchise and joint venture cooperation. It was founded in 1993 and has been listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2005.
