A&M Transport operates throughout Oregon, Washington, California, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho with the majority of our network servicing the I-5 corridor. Principle freight includes the transport of consumer products, retail store support, food products, paper products, beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), industrial products, steel products, lumber and other building materials. We are extremely proud of our total customer "on time pick up/delivery percentage of 98.5%. Our Core-Customer commitment, coupled with an extremely professional driver commitment allows management to build our business model around customer expectations. And with a year in-year out driver turnover of less than 35%, we know the "collective standard of expectation" will not waiver. The company business philosophy is to provide a superior service to its customers at a competitive cost; along with hauling maximum weights. To accomplish this A&M operates premium, late model tractors and trailers spec'ed out to allow sufficient driver comfort while providing maximum load capacity. With 100% of our tractors Electronically Equipped and California Carb Compliant, the A&M fleet consists of 165; 3 axle power units pulling both 48' and 53' dry vans (265), 45' and 48' tautliner-curtain vans (30) as well as 45' and 48' flatbed trailers (25). While the tautliner and flatbed fleets are tethered, we pride ourselves on a healthy diet of "customer trailer pools" in the PNW as well as Southern and Northern CA. A&M Transport's location in Southern OR is ideally suited for matching customer service expectations with driver operating hours and quality home time. Our secure yard in Glendale is within 4 hours of the Portland, OR market; 7 hours of the Seattle, WA market; 7 hours of the Northern CA market; and 16 hours of the Southern CA market. We believe, and most importantly our drivers believe this is a major contributor to our "on time commitment" to all southbound and northbound partners.
