Anchor Distributing

Anchor distributing was started in 1971 by a gentleman by the name of Joe Ryan. Joe would literally drive his pickup truck to Chicago where he would pick up pneumatic staples from Spotnails and distribute them throughout the Twin Cities from his garage. In 1987 the company was purchased by Jerry Hahn. Jerry created a niche in the Twin Cities marketplace by being a pioneer in importing private labeled pneumatic nails and staples. Matt Hohmann purchased the company in 2015, after working for the company for nine years and serving as the CEO for seven years.
