The ANNEX

The ANNEX is one of the New York region's top sports performance training facilities. Trainees include numerous top local athletes in baseball, lacrosse, soccer, field hockey, basketball, football, golf and swimming. Founded by leading performance specialist Mickey Brueckner, The ANNEX has played an integral part in the success of countless high school, college and professional athletes, including multiple high school All-State and college All-American honorees, Team USA Junior Olympians and a Gatorade National Player of the Year.
