Aqaba National Real Estate Projects Company provides different areas dedicated to companies and institutions that would like to get locations for constructing stores or factories for light and medium industries. Surface: these lands are situated within huge surfaces dedicated to light and medium industries. Rental: the annual investment rental is 2.85 J.D per square meter. Lease period: for open storing activities: one year, renewable, 5 years maximum. For closed storing activities: one or more years, renewable. Parking: the parkings are big enough to assimilate 1 vehicle per 100 square meters of leased area. Cleanliness: various cleaning services in addition to other facilities are provided upon the investor request. Facilities: the investor has the right to make necessary changes inside the site as per the requirements of the usage purpose and the necessities of each investor, after getting the written approval of Aqaba National Real Estate Projects Company and that of the competent authorities regarding the architectural plans, and construction and technical descriptions of these facilities. Electricity: premises are equipped with a maximum load of 20 watt per square meter, and the investor shall be in charge of connecting and installing the electrical current network from outside the site to the inside, whatever may be the type, nature, and cost of these works, connections and installations. Guarantee: the investor shall engage, upon signing the contract, to submit a definite bank guarantee, payable upon the first request, which shall be issued by one of the Jordanian banks, the value of which shall amount to the annual investment rental, or the investor shall engage to pay a cash amount equaling the rental of 6 months to be turned back when the contract is terminated.
