'Ao' (cloud) - comes from New Zealand's Mori name 'Aotearoa' meaning 'land of the long white cloud.' 'Tal' - is from talent or talent management systems and processes. Together, this name is a direct reference to who we are and what we do. Our solutions are innovative and comprehensive yet simple to adopt.
