No stranger to hard work, Inocencio moved to the United States as a young man with little to his name after a journey that took him from Cuba to Spain, and eventually, Miami. After graduating from high school in the United States and attending trade school for Air Conditioning, he briefly worked for another company before realizing he wanted to start something of his own. As a new business owner, Inocencio's philosophy of honesty, quality and top-notch service led the business to quickly grow. Today, Inocencio is still as involved as he was on day one and participates in every single project.
