In 2003, Todd Mannie joined the company. He brought along with him training in automated controls and building management, commercial refrigeration, and boilers. After completing his apprenticeship with the company, he received his Washington State Journeyman and Electrical Administrator licenses as well as certification in EPA universal refrigerants. Three years after becoming associated with the company, Todd bought and incorporated it. Art continued to provide consulting services until 2007.
