Our specialists are continuously working on developing advanced technologies that improve the quality of deposited films while increasing system throughput, thus helping our customers to enhance their productivity. Their ambition is to develop and design always more cost effective thin film deposition solutions, which steadily lower the cost of ownership for the customer. To achieve these aims, we maintain specialized R&D units for each deposition technology and cultivate cooperation with universities and renowned research institutes. Strategic partnerships with customers complete the company's ongoing Research and Development activities, resulting in more than 165 worldwide patents registered until today.
