Afghanistan Payments Systems

APS is a consortium of financial institutions that has been established to share a retail payments infrastructure and is open to membership for all institutions that are involved in financial message transmission and are licensed by DAB. APS is owned by its member institutions but is operated as a separate, independent company for the shared benefit of all members.
