Antigua Public Utilities Authorities

Antigua Public Utilities Authority ('the Authority' or 'APUA') was incorporated under the Public Utilities Act, 1973. On commencement of the Act, all property, rights and liabilities of the Government of Antigua's Electricity, Water, and Telephone Departments as of 4th July 1973, were vested in the Authority.
