Arbor Management, LLC (Arbor), an affiliate of Leon N. Weiner & Associates, Inc. (LNW&AI), is a full-service property management company with over 30 years of experience. It presently manages 46 multifamily, affordable housing properties in LNW&AI's portfolio consisting of over 4,000 units. These properties are located in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Arbor has demonstrated dedication to enhancing the lives of its tenants as seen by awards the company has received from The National Center for Housing Management and the National Association of Home Builders as well as the implementation of social service programs at many of its sites including parenting programs, housekeeping programs and summer recreational programs for the children of its residents. It is Arbor's hope that through the combination of a dedicated, highly professional management staff and the work of its full-time, social service coordinators, many with offices at Arbor's properties, that the company can provide a high quality living environment for its tenants.
