At Associated Retinal Consultants, our caring and compassionate physicians and staff are committed to providing you with the highest quality care. On your first visit with our physicians, you will be thoroughly evaluated which will involve dilation of both eyes. Therefore, we recommend you plan on bringing a driver with you and also plan on being at your appointment for 1 ½ to 2 hours. We recommend you complete the following forms in advance of your appointment if possible.
