Arena Fitness has been in business since January of 2003. During that time we've developed a unique manner of delivering personal training to our clients. We specialize in semi-private training; a dynamic and cost-effective way for you to get all of the great results you want from personal training. Our unique, free-form, F.I.T. Station concept provides greater progress and a more enjoyable fitness experience than ever before, and our policy of encouraging you to train with different trainers whenever you want means that you'll stay perpetually challenged and engaged. Our name was inspired by a quote by Theodore Roosevelt that sums up the mindset we bring to fitness training: "The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself for a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."
