Utilizing this internet based product, registered clients of Argus West can view the assignments they have made via Case STATS including an updated case chronology, reports, video and billing, all of which is accessible via the internet 24 hours a day from any location. Cases in progress are updated several times throughout the day keeping you abreast of details in near real time. You are notified via email whenever an update is entered or a video, report or billing is posted for review. Interactivity allows you to provide direction or request further details while your assignment is still in progress. You can electronically transfer reports and videos to third parties such as attorneys and physicians from your desk.
