In December 2015 ARISA integrates in the Group Nidec Minster Corporation, what allows us to compete globally, incorporating markets with strong potential of development like the American or Asiatic, improving our competitiveness due to the joint development of R+D+i, in addition with joint use of the experience and accumulated knowledge in the Group, the availability for our customer of Technical Assistance Centers distributed worldwide and the expansion of our business offer to larger productivity sectors.
