It was so valuable to have a special day dedicated only for guides &a; tour managers, something never done before! Thank you, Arival, and congratulations on a well-organized virtual conference. The sessions were informative, inspiring, and reassuring as we plan for 2021. Thank you to the Arival team for organizing such a great event. The sessions were some of the best I have ever attended. What struck me most was the genuine willingness to share ideas and advice openly on how best to adapt and prepare for the inevitable rebound.
