Armadillo Art & Craft was founded in New Jersey in 1996 as a wholesale importer and distributor of artists' materials for the North American market. We import a wide range of products, mainly from Europe and Australia, although we also import brushes from Rekab in Israel and compressors and airbrushes from Sparmax in Taiwan. Armadillo is also the North American distributor for PanPastel products, which are made in Kutztown PA. We work with other major U.S.-based distributors in the art materials market and also directly with art materials retailers in the U.S. and Canada. We do not sell direct to the public. Our other brands include Old Holland (The Netherlands), Art Spectrum (Australia), Maimeri (Italy), Permaset Textile Ink (Australia), Wolff's Pencils (U.K.), SimAir Air Filtration (U.K.) and Educational Art (Scholastic Supplies) (U.K.).
