Formed in 1992, Arnel, Inc. is a full service real estate investment and management company that specializes in providing quality apartment homes and small business offices at reasonable rates. The primary executives of Arnel, Inc. are Joseph C. O'Brien and Peter A. O'Brien. Prior to joining Arnel, Joseph spent fifteen years as a multifamily property manager and broker. Peter previously worked as an attorney for a Chicago based international law firm representing Shopping Center landlords, commercial developers and fortune 500 corporations.
