A-G provides third party management services for both for profit and non-profit ownership groups. In addition to full service property operation and accounting, A-G provides compliance, lease-up, construction, and relocation services. Our experienced professionals have in-depth knowledge of LIHTC, Project Based S8, HOME, and multi-tier subsidy administration. A-G operates multifamily communities ranging in style, age, and location. We are operationally proficient in inner-city, suburban, and rural locations. Garden style, mid-rise, and scattered site communities ranging from 36 to 400+ units are currently in our portfolio. From our headquarters in the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex, we cover six states(TX, OK, LA, TN, OH, PA) and over 4500 affordable units.
