Richard Pieris & Company, or Arpico, is a Sri Lankan holding company which owns and operates companies within the retail, manufacturing, engineering, and agricultural industries. Their manufacturing divisions include a wide variety of products, including automotive parts, natural latex foam mattresses and pillows, specialized rubber products, various plastic and PVC products, wood and panel furniture, CFL light bulbs, tires in a wide range of types and sizes, and plantations producing tea, rubber, coconuts, and more. Their retail product portfolio includes a wide variety of household goods, consumer goods, food, apparel, furniture, and electronics. They also offer services and solutions across the financial services, construction, logistics, healthcare, interior design, and insurance markets. The company was founded in 1940 and is headquartered in Maharagama, Sri Lanka.
