Founded in 2006, ARP offers investment, retirement, estate and legacy planning, tax and legal assistance, trust management, insurance services and assistance to veterans. Client needs and expectations provide focus to the ARP team. Under Byars' leadership, the advisors and staff work to meet their clients' needs in the most cost-efficient manner, uphold the highest customer service standards, and, at all times, treat clients with respect and dignity. Byars' commitment to professional excellence and service is also evident in his personal life. He volunteers his time as an instructor of Defensive Tactics and Firearms as a Certified Georgia Peace Officer, and also serves with several nonprofit and for-profit organizations. A reception to honor "Georgia Trend's" '40 Under 40' 2012 winners will be held Oct. 24.
