Arrow Real Estate Services is pleased to announce that they have been appointed the National Master Brokerage for "The Simple Greek". Robert Winitsky Principal Partner was responsible for bringing this exciting concept to Arrows' growing list of Tenant Representations and will be heading the restaurants national expansion. "The Simple Greek", is part of "The Simple Brands", a restaurant holding company founded by Marcus Lemonis "The Profit", the internationally renowned investor and entrepreneur. Sam Lundy, President/Partner, and Joseph Amodio, Director of Franchise Development, make up the rest of the executive team. "The Simple Greek" serves Greek food fast and fresh. The "Simple Greek" is a fast casual restaurant featuring the flavors of Greece and the Mediterranean region. Their signature gyros are a blend of seasoned lamb and beef pressed into a cone shape and cooked on a vertical broiler; then it is sliced into thin strips and served on a warm pita with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and special sauce to make the best gyro you have ever eaten. All meats are marinated and prepared daily to ensure freshness and quality all food is made to order right in front of you. Typical units are 2,000 square feet, located in grocery anchored centers, with co-tenants such as: Target, Kohl's, Barnes and Noble, Starbucks. "The Simple Greek" has similar demographics to other quality restaurant concepts, they demand high traffic counts, good residential densities, incomes greater than $65k/yr. and regional markets with good traffic and activity generators. Currently, restaurants are located in Pittsburgh, PA and Chicago, IL. While the initial new markets will be Philadelphia, Boston and Austin, all major city markets are targeted for units later this year.
